Movement Request being affected by ORD_DTL_BLANK_INVN_ATTR_IS_WILDCARD company parameter

Hello,

I noticed that the movement request is being affected by the company parameter "ORD_DTL_BLANK_INVN_ATTR_IS_WILDCARD".

If I define this parameter as "NO", it requires me to enter an attribute on the movement request details, and does not allocate inventory if the inventory attribute is empty. As there is no option to "Ignored order detail attribute list" in the Replenish Rule, it always requires me to enter the attribute on the movement request if my inventory has an inventory attribute.

Based on the parameter name, I was expecting to see it affecting only the Order (outbound order - Order Header) screen. Is that the expected behavior?
