What setups are needed for RVC calculations?

Summary:

We have set up the Trade data from Descartes and are pointing to the standard formulas supplied in the Rules of Origin. Trade Agreement Qualification is successful but the RVC calculations are not coming through. Any ideas on the Qualifiers needed to run the standard formulas? We have tried the ones specified in the web help.
