Is it possible to bulk delete learning offering completions via HDL or other means?

We have 180 users who have accidentally had 3 completions for the same course uploaded. Completions are at both the course and offering level. The last 2 completions uploaded should be deleted, ie learning assignment Status reset from Completed to Deleted, 360 learning assignments total.

I am aware of the option documented here to update the Status where no offering exists for a course completion:

Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud: Deleting Completed Learning Assignments via Human Capital Management Data Loader (HDL) (Doc ID 2575333.1)

https://support.oracle.com/cloud/faces/DocumentDisplay?_afrLoop=160513962456731&_afrWindowMode=0&id=2575333.1&_adf.ctrl-state=126p3k7y2k_4

However this option cannot be used here because there are offerings involved that all currently have a status of Completed. This option can only be used if completions have been entered at the course level only, or if the offering assignment has been deleted.

Howdy, Stranger!
