Ability to run custom rules by PowerUser

Summary:

We want to know if we can assign access to power users in FCCS to run the rule. As per my understanding, currently only service admins can run the rules/custom rules

We want to know if we can assign access to power users in FCCS to run the rule. As per my understanding, currently only service admins can run the rules/custom rules.

We have created a form and attached groovy rule to the same to perform some action once the form is opened. However it looks like the PowerUsers are unable to run the same.
