Looking for a way to access a particular lookup type in Manage Common Lookups under FSCM module using a hyperlink. Eg. Clicking on a link on Purchase Orders UI, it should either open up a sub-page or a new tab with Manage Common Lookups with the particular Lookup type. User then wishes to view/update details on the lookup.

We are using Page personalization to create the hyperlink (Image attached). But unable to access the lookups UI directly as it loads the Cloud home page. Apart from this we tried:
