Learn Alert for Initiative Assigned Course

Summary:

Hi - we are trying to alert users when an initiative assigned course is due. We have implemented the example alert from https://community.oracle.com/customerconnect/discussion/comment/70149 (Notify Learner of Approaching Due Date for Required Learning Assign - 7 Days (Roll up)) and expanded the date range to 2025 in order to capture the example initiative assigned course on the test environment.

When run the alert does produce alerts for approximately 200 employees, but significantly not the target assignment.

The assignment in question has the following learn item (via OTBI) with ORA_ASSN_REC_ACTIVE, ORA_COURSE and ORA_REQUIRE_ASSIGNMENT, though it is listed as having No Active Offering - could this be part of why it is not picked up?
