Dashboard to show system outage or performance.
As per Oracle Support, currently, notifications are sent for system downtime situations only. We recently have multiple events where IDR invoices are taking long to process and when ask for RCA Oracle Support mention that It is due to ICAP issue for that and notification may not be sent. Usually notification will send to customer for complete POD outages (If ATK is not accessible).
