Our client requirement - Supplier should register two supplier contact details during external supplier registration process.

Our client requirement - Supplier should register two supplier contact details during external supplier registration process. So, if any of the supplier contact left their organization, system has atleast one contact to which business can communicate to send PO, Inquiry, Supplier feedback forms etc.

As of now, while doing approval business is doing check if supplier has added two contacts and asking supplier to resubmit in case of this compliance is not met.

But they need a Oracle solution where system should not allow supplier to submit request if two contacts are not added. Kindly Suggest solutions.
