Need Non-Project users to be able to view Project reports

Summary:

We need some users to be able to access project related reports even though they are not project users.

We created a custom role that includes:

  • Project Costing Transaction Analysis Duty
  • Project Budget Transaction Analysis Duty

We also provided data access, but when a user tries to use the reports, no data is returned.

Is there a specific privilege that will allow users to access this data?
