Quick way to select multiple values for Category attribute in Product dimension of segment criteria

Hi,

In Replenishment Planning module, under 'Manage Segment Groups and Criteria', we have created a segmentation with two segments containing product and organization as dimensions along with the Catalog details.

Now, in the segment criteria of a particular segment, we have selected 'Category' as the attribute in the 'Product' dimension as we would like to segment our item locations on the basis of their category.

We have a list of 400+ categories collected into planning from which we need to select 200+ categories for one segment and select the rest for another segment in the 'From Value' section

All these categories have to be manually selected and moved to the 'Selected' section which will take sometime. So I would like to ask and know if there is any other way that we can bulk upload/select these hundreds of categories in a quicker way. Is there any FBDI approach available to do this?
