Copy transactions from prior period, filter conditions not working as expected

The requirement is to copy transactions from prior period when source system balance is not equal to zero.

Content (required):

In copy transactions from prior period rule condition, we have specified a condition that only copy if the source system balance is not equal to zero. But while executing the rule it is considering the source system balance of prior period instead of current period. Is there any way to refer current period source system balance for the rule condition.

We have tried using both system defined source system balance attribute and custom calculated attribute. But in both the conditions it is referring to prior period source system balances instead of current period in while rule is executed.
