How to connect IBLPN which is used for picking to movement request line

Summary:

We are developing a screen for user to complete drop operation. Picking will be done by standard Oracle screen but final drop operation will be completed using custom VBCS screen. To perform drop, user will scan LPN(which was used for picking) and item. We need to show comments which will be captured in one of the field on move request line, is there a way to achieve this using lpn and item?
