Frustration with performance

So I'm wondering if anyone else is as frustrated with the performance issues with Learn as we are? We are on CHK and the amount of latency and number of actual down times when the system fails is, in my opinion, above the norm. I truthfully have never worked in an LMS that performs as poorly as this one. Are we all alone in this? Is it just us? Is it just our pod? Is it Learn?

We submit SRs frequently and the issues eventually resolve but the credibility of the system - especially to our end users - is quickly going down the drain.
