Fake "changes" extract

edited Aug 15, 2023 1:50PM in HCM Extract 1 comment

Summary:

We always have defined extracts using Person as in "View User Entity Details" the UE for person has attribute Valid For Root Data Group set to Yes

But when we run a changed attributes extract, all the records under person is generated and not only the record that was changed. This is not real delta. Is it possible to make the second data group the root even if in View User Entity Details, it is not valid?

Content (required):

We have an absence extract. It is defined as Person being the root data group and the child data group is absence entries. When a change happens to one of the absence of that person, all the records of that person is generated in the changed attribute changes-only extract.

Howdy, Stranger!
