FBDI Asset Import Error related to Conversion Rate

I get "The error ORA-20001: There is no currency conversion rate defined from USD to CAD on 01-07-2003 for rate type Period End for module GLMCCURB. occurred during processing. " when I uploaded assets through FBDI (where in this file, we didn't fill the tab for conversion rate FA_MC_MASS_RATES).

I used this same file to upload in a previous test environment, and I got no error. Furthermore, there were no rates loaded in GL. I don't understand why it worked previously, and in new test environment, it gives me an error.

Since this error appears, does it mean that it is required to input data in FA_MC_MASS_RATES?
