OMC environment for partners

Summary

We are Aggrandize partner in Brazil and South America.We have focus on OMC implementation for customers . My question is: Is there any environment for Partners?

We are doing POCs and demo for Customers.

So, We can do a Trial but , always we lost a lot of work for build a new POC for specific customer

Is there any way to have an environment for Partners.?
