Quote Output- Line Loop and Long Descriptions

Summary:

I need to be able to format the part number and pricing on one line of table, and then print the extended description below that with the table cells merged so that the description prints most of the width of table. Is there a way to have a 2nd loop row be tied to the first?

I have a table with 6 columns. The first loop row prints the ln #, qty, part # and pricing. I added a second loop row for the description and merged the last 4 cells. But it is printing all of the first row info together and then all of the second row. I need it to print both rows at a time.
