Creating Connectivity Agent in OIC Gen3 Error

Summary:

we create Integration 3 instance, create confidential application add created integration instance as scope to The application ,under Allowed Grant Types we choose checkboxes: Client Credentials and Refresh Token

when try to install Connectivity agent got Error as following (subset of log file).

complete log file attached and InstallerProfile.cfg file
