Question on Maintain Project Organization Process Steps
Looking to confirm the most efficient steps around setting up a new Project Expenditure and Task Owning Organization with respect to running the Maintain Project Organization Process.
In the steps I was provided from our Implementors on how to set up a new Project Expenditure Organization or Project Task Owning Organization, it appears we may be running the process, "Maintain Project Organizations" multiple times and I am not sure if it all is necessary.
- Navigate to Manage Project Organization Classifications (under setup and maintenance), search for the department and click edit to be taken to the following page where we run through the 4 steps. At step 4 - Submit Process to Maintain Project Organizations, we click submit. Then if we have another department to set up, we run through the 4 steps again, including running the process in step 4. Once all have been set up we move to step 2 below.
