Are we able to add additional Payment Types within a Payment Template

Hello Everyone!

I am struggling trying to find navigation that will allow me to add another Payment Type to a Payment Template. Does anyone have any experience in adding another Payment Type? The delivered include Abatement, Base Rent, etc. but we would like to add a couple more.
