Candidate Search option to search only candidate applied to Requisitions

Hello ,

We are using Custom Hiring manager role, and in that we are adding "Search for Candidate" role which gives access to Candidate search under Hiring.

As per our user Requirement, if Hiring manager use the candidate search option, can they only search for candidates against req’s they are named on.

Please can you let us know if this achievable if yes, how can we do it?
