Unable to connect to ODI Agent

Summary:

I have installed ODI12c in my system and trying to connect agent. Even if the NodeManager is up, weblogic server is in "FAILED_NOT_RESTARTABLE" state. And when I tried to start it, its getting into this state and later changing to "SHUTDOWN" state.

Can someone please help me out.
