Behaviour of Read Only role in PDH

Summary:We have created a read only role to provide read access in PDH. As we have created some EFFs, we created View and Edit privileges to manage the same. And in the read-only role, we have provided only View access to all the EFFs.

Now when we view any item in PDH we are facing below issues:

1. In Master org: If any EFF has any value updated for that item, then only the attribute is visible otherwise user doesn't see any attributes even when they have view privileges for those EFFs

2. In Child org: Irrespective of whether a value is updated for the EFF or not, the attribute is visible on the same item.
