Average of Percentage Measure

Hi All

On a BSO cube I have a percentage measure that is incorrectly summing at parent level when I need to average. So on Dimenson Edit have set Time Balance to 'Average' and skip to 'Missing'. Refreshed the DB and run the relevant rolling calc but makes no difference. What am i missing ?
