Is there any way to leverage Oracle Fusion Workflow for transactions from oracle ATP+APEX?

We want to use Oracle BPM in Fusion Application to implement approvals for transactions in our ATP DB and APEX.

And found a documentation about 'Implement Approvals for Transactions That Do Not Support BPM Workflow in Fusion ERP'.


Is it possible to use Fusion's BPM for doing outside approval workflow?

Or is there any way to meet the case we can use in Fusion Application BPM (Approve or reject a task by reply the notification email) in APEX？
