Summary: We have noticed users getting timed out of their EPM sessions, and having to completely close their browser and restart it to be able to get back in. Does the Session Duration affect this?


Content (required):

When session timeout occurs users get an error saying they are unable to log in and please contact an administrator. This seems to happen more frequently late in the day, and the suspicion is that the Session Duration (still at the default of 480minutes - 8 hours) may be affecting it. Has anyone tried adjusting this value, and if so what was the outcome?
