Unable to use new case on dynamic container

in Visual Builder Studio

Summary:

Hi all,

I'm customising the Cases object redwood theme, and im trying to add a new layout via the Dynamic containers already in place. However when i duplicate the default 'case 1' to add my own new sections ( called Blue Badge), the validation never runs to preview this. Only in 'Live mode' not when running. See image showing the new case and 'Always shown' rule.

I've tried adding condtions that are always true i.e user is authenticated, but this new case always fails to run, and the default layout case1 continues to get shown.

Has anyone experienced this before or have any tips to troubleshoot? Theres not errors in auiditing being thrown currently.
