Lov Shows duplicate values

I have 2 Lov's, the value for second lov depends on the first lov selection. I have an action chain which filters the second lov's adp and assigns it. But when I run the application and click on the second lov after selecting the value in first lov, the lov shows duplicate records. I have checked the code in console for the assignment, the second lov's adp length is "1" but on the display it shows twice. This is happening for all the combinations. I have tried resetting the second adp, refreshing the select single component, while assigning the value i
