oracle always free eligible boot volume charging me

Hi

I have recently deleted my vm on my free tier account, and whenever i want to create an vm at the boot volume step it counts estimated total price even on the default 50 GBs.


This is not what supposed to be happened on always free resources when it's be in the specified limits?
