50k to 100k Members required in Task/Phases Dimension in EPBCS Projects Module

Summary:

Need to assess the performance impact on the Projects cube in EPBCS for having 50,000-100,000 members in the Task / Phases dimension.

Content (required):

The customer is a project-intensive organisation where there are more than 5,000 projects and each project could have more than 100,000 tasks. These details will already be available in Fusion PFM, however for flexible reporting and potential task-level budgeting, the customer has requested to accommodate the full task hierarchy in EPM. We have remapped the Phases dimension to Task to facilitate at least the parent task-level data. We wanted to check if there have been implementations with these many members in a single dimension and what kind of performance issues were faced, if any.
