Is Audit - Person Security Profile available in RMC or is there an expected availability date?

Summary:

I am unable to find Audit - Person Security Profile in the model object library.

Content (required):

This would be a useful control for HCM to create a workflow when Object Data Update events occur b/c this could let an organization know quickly that a person security profile was edited that may be actively deployed to data roles (effecting manager hierarchy, department exclusions, etc.). This data is already available in the audit log but would be great in RMC.
