Inspection Required Attribute in Item Purchasing Specifications

In the Fusion documentation, Inspection Required field is mentioned as an attribute field. Where is it or does it have to be enabled?

I understand 4 way matching as a chosen attribute evokes AP matching needing qty acceptance, however documentation also mentions the EBS equivalent attribute of Inspection Required.

Reason for reviewing this, we are currently migrating to Fusion and our item master is currently maintained in EBS during the transition. I need to map OIC integration attributes between EBS MST and Fusion PIM. This attribute I wish to be clear on for my mapping - and confused why Inspection Required is listed in the Help documentation, but not a visible field/flag in PIM Purchasing Specifications for our instance.
