Absence PTO plan based on Union code: Carryover issue for the first year accrual

Summary: Facing issue with carryover.

Requirement: Front loaded annual (01/01 - MM/DD) accrual plan.

1) Accruals:

  • 144 hours for those with LOS greater than or equal to 1 year and less than 5 years.
  • 184 hours for those with LOS greater than 5 years.

2) Ceiling:

  • 256 when LOS greater than or equal to 1 year and less than 5 years.
  • 322 when LOS greater than 5 years.

3) Vesting Period: Enterprise Hire Date to till date < 1year

4) Carryover:

  • Employee should belong to any specific home/work states (lookup created)
  • get plan balance

NOTE: Trying to achieve carryover using Global Absence Carryover Fast Formula, enclosed below.

5) Eligibility:

Employee, Active - with or without payroll, associated with specified unions, specific assignment category
