New hire learning assignment using learning initiative

Hi Team,

I am new to learn management and facing an issue here. We have several courses which needs to be assigned to the new joiner.

On courses, a learning initiative has been created to assign to the new joiner. However the status of the assignment shows "No active Offering" and the course is not getting assigned.

Normally how do you assign the courses? using learning initiative on offerings or courses?

Can we create a specialization with all the new joiner trainings and assign this to new joiner? Will it work?
