Summary:

Send Receipt Confirmation - Limited Number of RMA Receipts Sent to Order Management introduced in 21C limited the number of transactions processed to 300 which is less than ideal.

Why is it now recommended to schedule "the ESS job at the organizational level to run once every hour. If required, to have near real-time integration to Order Management, please schedule to run every 30 minutes." as per SR 3-34262696081 : Proactive SR: Send Receipt Confirmation ESS jobs?

Have asked the question on the SR but comment from Support is vague and mentioned locking. Why would it take 30mins to clear any locking issues at this day and age?
