What is the formula for Lease calculation in Lease Accounting?

Summary:

Need to know the formula by which oracle calculates Lease Liabilities, Lease Interests and Amortization schedules.

Right now the functionality that lease accounting offers, the schedules are not matching with the supplier schedules and there are minor differences in all the balances.

How to achieve that and does oracle provide any exact notes for this?


Attaching here with the schedules calculated and extracted from Lease accounting, and offline calculation sheet fetched from Oracle docs.

Expectation here is to achieve the schedule exactly on offline excel and understand how the calculations are done.
