How do I use SQL in SFP OAS to get ISIR fields for the ISIR that was used for a student enrollment's package version and award year? This is not necessarily the same as the currently active ISIR. ISIR_FIELDS_ALL_VW has the fields but I cannot see how to find the CPS Transaction Number for the ISIR that was used for a student enrollment's package version and award year.
