Is there any limit to how many delegate's can setup via Manage Delegates in Expenses?

Please consider the scenario:

We currently have 10 delegates. Is there any limit to how many delegates can be setup within the Manage Delegates page in Expenses for Oracle Fusion? If for instance, we set up 3000 users, will all 3000 users show up on the screen in the drop down?

If so, is there currently a limit to how many setups can be performed on the Manage Delegations task? Are there any limitations to this feature? If 10,000 exist, will all those users be in the list of values (under the search button)? Will that large list have any impacts on the interface / drop down?
