Manage pending transactions- Item and lot fields are blank

we are facing an issue in Manage Pending Transactions screen. we import inventory transactions using REST API, when we check in "Manage Pending Transactions" screen with status "Ready to be Processed" the transactions are visible without item and lot information. Other informations like quantity, Date, UoM etc are visible.
And then we run "Manage Inventory Transactions ESS job, which imports the inventory transactions. When we review them in "Review Completed Transactions" we are able to see item and lot info there. But in "Manage Inventory Transactions" it is blank.
This issue comes only when we use REST API. If we do FBDI, it works fine
