Enabling of Audit Logs for the Audit Policies in Oracle ERP

I know that an Audit Report on changes made to the Audit Policy is available, just want to know how this is being enabled? When I go to the Manage Audit Policies, there is no Product for Audit Policy but in the Audit Report, the audit logs are available.
