What is the Expense and Revenue Lease Solution in Fusion Cloud ERP (Alternative to EBS Property Mgt
We know that Property Management solution is not available in Oracle Fusion ERP. However, would like to understand which module/service can support the requirement of managing Expense and revenue Leases, where by AP invoice and AR invoice can be automatically generated respectively.
I am looking for a solution for Telecom Tower company, which have expense leases with land-owners for the towers and need to generated AP invoices on monthly basis. Further, it will have Revenue Leases with its customer whereby AR invoices need to be generated on monthly basis for the towers on lease. This was well handled in EBS through Property module, but not sure how this would work in Fusion ERP considering Property Management is not a functionality/service in Cloud ERP
