How to update the Appointment to Scheduled and Confirmed status?

Summary:

On the Appointment screen, I can see that there are some appointment statuses that I could not find a way to move the appointment to these statuses. It is "Scheduled" and "Confirmed". Currently, when the external system integrates the appointment, it gets created on the status "Not Scheduled". How can I have this appointment moved to Scheduled and Confirmed? It can help the operation to have better visibility.
