System is not distributing quantity in case of Partial receipt for PO multiple distributions

Summary:

We have some PO's with multiple distributions as the amount is charged to different departments and LOBs. So we create multiple distributions for same PO line.

PO line 1 quantity = 1

PO Schedule 1 quantity = 1

PO distributions 1 quantity = .7

PO distributions 2 quantity = .3

When doing the receipt, we have 2 scenarios, Full Receipt and partial receipt.

- Partial receipt, system is not calculating or distributing the quantity between the multiple distributions.

- Full receipt, we are not facing any issue as system distribute the quantity correctly between all distributions as per PO lines distributions.

In partial receipt scenario of multiple distributions for same PO line schedule, we need the system to distribute the quantity properly between the distributions as per same percentage on the PO distribution tab.
