Remove 70 Integrations limit restriction for Project in OIC Version3

Description (Required):

In OIC Version3 there is a limit of 70 integrations, 10 connections/lookups/JavaScript libraries allowed per Project. There should be no such limit for projects.



Use Case and Business Need (Required):

While the concept of project is good, the limitations imposed hampers the use of this capability to the full extent. Within our organization we have different business areas using OIC (e.g. ERP, HCM, Student systems). We need ability to segregate integrations created by these teams. The project concept introduced in Version3 will allow us to do this. However, due to this limitation we are not able to use this feature as each areas have artifacts more than the allowed limits for projects.
