Workforce Compensation Real Time issue in production vs test pods

We created a report in our test environment and vetted it fully. Everything is being pulled from the Workforce Compensation Real Time subject area, we are not using more than one subject area. The Test report works, the Prod report produces no results.

I archived the report from Test and unarchived it into Prod. I also exported the compensation plan from Test and imported it into Prod. Everything is the same that I can see. I tried rebuilding a report from scratch in our Prod pod in the Workforce Compensation Real Time Subject Area. I get as far as Person Number, Person Name, Manager, Start Date and the report will produce results. As soon as I add Department Name, the report will no longer produce results. Department Name is a standard field that we have used in all of our Workforce Compensation reports

Howdy, Stranger!
