Automation of Project resource request as soon as Resource added to project or Task

Summary:

We have requirement in PEM from Manage project plan, when user add Labor resource to the Task or Project, raise Project resource request automatically for with Project/ task assigned dates.

Content (required):

Currently from Manage Project Plan page , Created Project and assigned the Labor Resource to Planned task.

System add then as Resource under Project Resource with Planned status , later raise Project resource request manually.

is there any option to as soon as resource added to the Project /task to automatically raise Project resource request for Project /task ?
