How to use the "is based on the results of another analysis" filter operator

Summary:

We created two analysis in OTBI and put them in a dashboard. The one report drills to the second report via action links. The second report is using the filter operator "is based on results of another analysis". But we can see that using this filter operator, not all of the data is being returned in the second report and therefore, the results between the two reports don't tie.

The first analysis "the Master" is using the General Ledgers - Journals Real time subject area. Users enter parameters using the dashboard prompts on various GL fields such as Accounting Period Name, all of the COA segments, JE Source, JE Category, etc.
