How to Add Fully Depreciated Assets In Fusion

We have some assets which were incorrectly retired in June last year and need to be reinstated. As the assets were retired in the Prior financial year it isn't possible to reinstate them in the current year so the only option we have is to re-upload the assets via Spreadsheet. These assets were fully depreciated and hence we need to re-upload them with Full Depreciation Included. Is there a way to do that please ?

I found a article which says we need to set Asset Status column to Fully Depreciated or Disposed and Set the Depreciation Active column to FALSE.
