Checking for a easier way to document the personalization's done in the system.

How to identify all the personalizations/customisation done in the system (screens/pages.functionalities) without manually going on each screen/page or field?
Content (required):
We wanted to document all the personalization/customizations done in the system(screens/pages/functionalities) so that in future any Oracle release impact those configurations we can proactively take necessary actions.
For this we need to manually look at each screen, page and fields to identify the personalization info and which is very time consuming process.
So, here I would like to check for a easier way to document or automate the above process?
