Can someone suggest if connecting EPM FCCS Task Manager in one tenancy to OIC in another would work?

Summary:

Hello i am attempting to deploy an out of the box fccs integration into oic integration instance. I have successfully connected to the OIC environment using OAuth, as shown below in content. I have successfully created the connection to FCCS environment and other EPM environments. I have successfully called an REST API integration from OIC to EPM. I am trying to deploy an out of the box integration the other way round but unable to. Will add screenshots below:

Would I have to create a task type/schedule/template as part of the out of the box integration for it to deploy or should it deploy straight away?
